Our salon is beautiful, comfortable, luxurious, and clean. Our mission is to help give women the confidence they need to accomplish all their dreams.
We are only hiring the best. If you have a clientele, that’s great. If not, that's fine too! WE BRING THE CLIENTELE TO YOU. FOR APPLICANTS THAT HAVE THEIR OWN CLIENTELE, booth rent is available.
We are busy and growing. We have a fun culture, competitive, consistent pay, but it's not a get rich quick gig. We are looking for long term, team players.

Lash Artist
FOR APPLICANTS THAT HAVE THEIR OWN CLIENTELE, booth rent is available.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE (We will consider applicants that are WILLING to learn):
- At least 6 months of Lash experience, can perform Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Full Sets. (Mega Volume is welcomed!), Work on foreign sets. Perform Full Sets is 1.5-2 hours
- Professional and Educational references
- Volume Lash Extensions experience

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, and REQUIREMENTS:
Please read the following carefully and decide if you are the right match for us.
-Ensure all of our high service standards are adhered to including abiding by sanitation, disinfection and COVID-19 standards as required by state and local authorities.
-Maintain a sanitary and pristine salon including a neat and clean workspace.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
-Attend mandatory meetings, training sessions, exhibit dependability, and the ability to be on time.
-Use company phone and appointment system to book and confirm service appointments. Communicate with and schedule clients effectively.
-Will maintain Social Media promotion, include our name in your Instagram username along with booking info, and a portfolio that compliment your skills
-Have the ability to project a professional image that represents us in a positive way
-Provide EXCELLENT customer service and experience for guests with a charismatic, friendly, and helpful attitude. Build strong customer relationships. First class customer service is a must,
everyone walking through the doors is VIP.
-Be a team player with a highly motivated, high energy, positive attitude, positive mindset, and vibe.
-Be able to communicate needs to Owner (we want our employees to be HAPPY, I will do the best I can to compromise and listen to your concerns, and I will treat you as an equal.)
-Willingness to take constructive criticism to better your services
-Must have a reliable way of getting to and from the salon

-Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
-Volume artists must make fans by hand. NO PREMADE FANS.
-Be able to design and apply custom eyelash extensions
-Consult with clients on styling and making professional recommendations.
-Properly educate clients and communicate all aftercare procedures/process to clients
-Understand the safe application process of extensions while maintaining the health of the natural lashes
-Ability to engage and retain customers

Permanent Makeup Artist/Technician
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE (We will consider applicants that are WILLING to learn):
- At least 12 months of permanent makeup experience whether it is eyebrows, lip blush, or eyeliner.
- Professional and Educational references
-Training from an accredited program

Permanent Makeup Artist/Technician (NO EXPERIENCE)
COMPENSATION:
-This is a PAID training
-After completing 1 year training you will have the opportunity to earn $100K+
per year as a full-time employee.

-Self-confident, willing to complete a challenging 12 month training/apprenticeship program

-Takes pride in fully completing work flawlessly
-Good health, being able to stand on your feet for several hours a day, excellent eyesight, eye-hand coordination and dexterity skills.
