POLICY
Please read these policies before booking any appointments at Crybaby Brow Co to make sure you fully understand. The reason for these policies is that while we are ever so grateful for our wonderful clients, timely and efficient service is necessary for us to provide outstanding customer service. If you fail to comply with these policies, we are unable to service everyone in a fair and efficient way. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and these policies exist to give all clients the absolute best experience possible. We are thankful for your business and welcome any inquiries about these policies.

DEPOSIT
For all appointments a $50 deposit is required to book OR you can enter your card on our booking site to hold your appointment. The remainder is due during your scheduled appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If, you are a no show or more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we have the right to keep the deposit for the time we have reserved for you. We hope you understand, everyone's time is valuable. If you would like to rebook you must put down a new deposit.

LATE POLICY
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and my personal schedule we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. We will do our best to accommodate your service, however due to time constraints and our obligation to other clients, it may be necessary to reduce the service. If your appointment will have to be cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded and a new deposit will be required to book.

NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY
Missing your appointment without notification will result in 100% charge of service with the payment on file. If the client wishes to book again, the totality of a new booked appointment must be paid upon booking. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PRICING
We are subject to change pricing at any given time. Client's who booked in advance before a rate change, will not be effected by the updated pricing.

CANDIDACY
All clients are responsible for checking candidacy prior to any appointment. If you arrive to an appointment and cannot receive treatment due to any contraindications listed, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to rebook another appointment.

*IMPORTANT* It is the responsibility of the client to review all of the information provided to ensure you remain a good candidate for the procedure. If upon arrival of your appointment it is discovered that you were using anti-aging, tone correcting, lightening, brightening, tightening, tone correcting, evening, color correcting, or any acne products etc. anywhere on the face over the past 4 weeks, you will be turned away and you will have to pay another deposit to reschedule your appointment. We block out time and hold these appointments specifically for you, we respect your time, please respect ours. (This includes all touch up appointments.) Our results depend on your commitment to the whole process, from pre-care to after-care to ongoing touch ups. We want the best results possible for representing our brand and we cannot do this without you. Your face is our business card. With permanent makeup, it really does take two to tango!

CANCELLATIONS
We reserve your appointment just for you, we request that you be courteous and respectful and contact us promptly if you are unable to make your appointment. To best utilize appointment times for all clients we need at least 48 hour notice for cancellations to avoid forfeiting your deposit. To reschedule, you will need to contact us.

We kindly ask that you please text or call to let us know, (voicemail if necessary) at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule. Should you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your appointment, you will forfeit your booking deposit. Should you wish to reschedule your appointment outside of the timeframe of this policy, you definitely can, however you will have to pay another non-refundable deposit and/or may be required to pay in full prior to booking another date. *Please note* Appointments may only be moved twice.
Should you cancel or reschedule your 6-8 week touch up appointment after the 48 hour window, or no call/no show for your appointment, the same policy applies.

CONFIRMATION TEXT / CALL
As a courtesy to our clients, we will call or/and text to remind you of your appointment two business days prior to your appointment date. If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fees. We offer this reminder as a courtesy.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We only accept CASH, AFTERPAY, CHERRY and CREDIT cards at appointments. Deposits can be made via ZELLE, VENMO, OR APPLE PAY.
REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE, if you choose us as your artist you must follow the steps to completing the process properly for the best results. Appointments are gone through very thoroughly, time is not rushed and we follow the clients feedback during the sample session to make sure this is the best results for you. For this reason, refunds are unavailable.

EXPECATIONS
Results will vary with each individual client and are extremely dependent on how one heals and follows pre-care and aftercare instructions. Successful results are not guaranteed (especially on those with problematic skin) first touch-up must be completed within 6-8 weeks at an additional charge, to obtain desired results. Although we use premium products and provide quality service, every client heals differently, and many factors can lead to varied results. We will not start the procedure until you agree on the shape and the color. All services provided are non-refundable.

Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made, and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.

We can make no guarantee as to your individual results or how long your brows will last. Client results will vary from person to person. Although it is effective and can last up to a year in most cases, no guarantee can be made about the length of time they will last. Since everyone's skin is different, it is very important that each client understands we cannot guarantee how long the pigment will retain in your skin. Retention depends on your skin type, texture, oiliness, and aftercare Most clients will need a 6-12 month touch-up, but results will vary from person to person.

PRICE INCREASE
Our prices are subject to change anytime without notice. Anytime we have a price increase, the increase will apply to all appointments booked after the price increase date; original price will be honored for all appointments scheduled before price increase.

CORRECTIONS
No guarantees can be made during corrective work. If for any reason you decide to go elsewhere for your touch up, please note that Crybaby Brow Co will no longer do future touch up appointments on you.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OUR SERVICES
